Terms & Conditions
Our terms and conditions apply to all transactions on the Dayboard website and are set out below. Please read through these carefully before placing your order and then print a copy for future reference. Please also read our PRIVACY section regarding personal information provided by you.
We may change these terms from time to time without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received.
Delivery can only be made to mainland UK addresses. We cannot deliver to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Orkney, Shetland and Scottish Islands, BFPO addresses, or the Republic of Ireland. All goods must be signed for by an adult aged 18 years or over on delivery.
Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible.You will not be charged for goods which we do not have available.
The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order.
We will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but, unless we are negligent, we cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to information provided by you.
The contract between us shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
We offer a 14 Day Money Back Guarantee if you are not entirely satisfied with the product.
Delivery Policy
All our products are delivered using our own transport delivery service to ensure that they reach you in good condition. We do not use one man overnight courier systems due to their inability to safely handle and deliver large, heavy items. Typical delivery times are between 1 and 2 weeks from time of order with bespoke tables delivery time approxiametely 4 weeks.
Once you have ordered we will confirm whether the item is in stock. When it is in stock we will contact you by telephone to arrange a day for delivery. If they cannot reach you they will leave a message, if possible, so that you can call them back or, failing this, send a post card to the delivery address asking for you to call them to arrange delivery.
When your goods are delivered it is important that you inspect them before signing for them. If, for any reason, you are unable to check them make sure you sign for them as 'uninspected'.Delivery can only be made to mainland UK addresses.
